CREI Sells Trifecta Apartments & Flatts at South Campus

Capstone Real Estate Investments, LLC (“CREI”) has recently closed on the sale of two student housing properties.  Trifecta Apartments, formerly known as The Arch when purchased in February 2019, underwent a substantial renovation and unit bifurcation, introducing 220 new one-bedroom floor plans into its unit mix to keep up with the demanding market. The 556-bed student community in Louisville, Ky was acquired by Glen Una Management in March 2024. 

Additionally, CREI has sold Flatts at South Campus, formerly known as University Trails, a 420-bed student housing property located in Oxford, MS. Trifecta was purchased in September 2017 and CREI immediately invested capital into the community through a property wide renovation and unit conversion plan to include the creation of 120 one-bedroom floor plans and addition of bathrooms to all 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom floor plans, creating bed-to-bath parity positioning the property with a durable competitive advantage in the market. Flatts at South Campus was acquired by North Beacon Capital.
