Formed in 2007, it has completed a variety of student housing and conventional multifamily projects. Currently, CollegeTown Construction serves as general contractor on large redevelopment, value add projects associated with Capstone Real Estate Investments, LLC and related entities. These projects typically require a variety of construction skill sets ranging from cosmetic unit upgrades to structural modifications.
