This prestigious honor highlights property management companies and communities that demonstrate an exceptional commitment to delivering an outstanding resident experience. Winners are selected based on their leadership and customer service performance as measured through the SatisFacts Insite® and/or Annual Survey programs.
To qualify for the National Company Awards, our teams achieved a Resident Satisfaction Score of 4.25 or higher and completed more than 100 Insite® surveys across our portfolio. This achievement is a true testament to the dedication of our Maintenance teams, whose hard work earned an A-grade score—an improvement over last year’s performance.
For Community Awards, each property must maintain a Resident Satisfaction Score of 4.25 or higher (out of 5.00) with a minimum of 25 completed surveys during the year. We sincerely value the authentic feedback shared by our residents; it plays a vital role in helping us continuously improve and deliver exceptional service.
