- Unit Interior Enhancements: New floor plans, flooring, cabinets, countertops, stainless-steel appliances, plumbing, and lighting fixtures. HVAC replacements are also planned.
Once complete, the property will be rebranded as Harper Flatts, offering a like-new community with high-end finishes and a modern aesthetic.
