Capstone Real Estate Investments, LLC (“CREI”) has finalized the purchase of The Pointe at Raiders Campus, an off-campus student community located within close proximity of Middle Tennessee State University. This acquisition marks the company’s fourth purchase within an eight-month period and is the second CREI owned asset located within the fast-growing Murfreesboro, TN market.
Originally constructed in 2005, this purpose-built student housing community is located north of the MTSU campus and is comprised of 216 units, totaling 756 bedrooms. An extensive renovation and repositioning strategy are scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2022 and will include the development of new floor plan options from the existing three- and four-bedroom floor plans. The revised unit mix will better align the community with the housing demands of both MTSU as well as the greater Murfreesboro market. Upon acquisition, CREI’s Property Management Division will implement operational enhancements to security, building accessibility and on-site management services.
