Greenville, NC - Capstone Real Estate Investments (CREI) has sold University Park Apartments, a 246-bed student housing community located within walking distance to East Carolina University’s campus in Greenville. The property was originally acquired by CREI in July 2015 and underwent significant renovations. The property was acquired by Keystone Management Co., Inc. for an undisclosed price.
