Property located within walking distance to campus, on an established public or university transportation route servicing campus, or within an established group of student apartments not to exceed a two mile radius.
Preference of more than 150 bedrooms.
Minimum transaction amount of $3 million with no maximum.
Located near a public or private university or college with 8000+ enrollment.
