Capstone Real Estate Investments (“CREI”) is constantly looking to deploy capital on student housing assets across the United States. CREI considers any type acquisition: ‘core’ assets, value-add, distressed, bank foreclosure, as well as note purchases that meet the following criteria:

  • Property located within walking distance to campus, on an established public or university transportation route servicing campus, or within an established group of student apartments not to exceed a two mile radius.
  • Preference of more than 150 bedrooms.
  • Minimum transaction amount of $3 million with no maximum.
  • Located near a public or private university or college with 8000+ enrollment.
