Since 2007, we have completed 38 acquisitions, constituting in over $800 million in value and have employed a variety of financial structures including the use of conventional debt and equity, mezzanine financing, and tax-exempt bonds. CREI has executed all forms of debt financing and maintains extensive relationships with a variety of lenders including national and regional banks, agency lenders, and life insurance company lenders.
Recent examples of Capstone’s activities include the acquisition and repositioning of Landmark Apartments (Murfreesboro, TN), The Preserve at Tuscaloosa (Tuscaloosa, AL), and Standard on Main (Akron, OH). In December of 2022, Capstone Real Estate Investments made Student Housing Business magazine’s list of Top 25 Owners and Managers.
